The first session is a functional movement screening and goal setting session. The following 2 sessions are one on one strength and conditioning workouts. The 2 sessions a week Remote Training package is a great option for people who don’t live in the Kalispell/Whitefish area or for those months when you are snowed in. With 2 sessions a week over a computer or smart phone, we will work together remotely to help you meet your fitness goals. Billed every 4 weeks.
