Always Active Fitness 312 focuses on 6 key components, or as I call them, pillars. They include nutrition, exercise, hydration, sleep, stress control and consistency. I enjoy working with my clients on making healthy choices to improve their overall health and wellness. Perfection is not seen as the goal, but instead pursuing a lifetime of small changes to help your body achieve the best possible health and quality of life.

A combination of practical experience combined with an education in Health and Human Performance and over 15 years of coaching, I developed a system to determine an individual’s goals and construct a customizable program to attain their goals. Beginning with a movement assessment, we build a foundation, and the journey begins to a healthier, better quality of life.

If you do the math, I’ll bet you’re lying or sitting for 18-20 hours a day, whether in the car, at your table or desk or in bed, we spend too much time stationary. The FMS breaks down basic movement patterns to discover imbalances in strength, balance, flexibility, or mobility that may be due to an injury or cause an injury. Then we perform corrective exercises to build symmetry and strength as we progress through a holistic journey to improve mental and physical health.
