FITNESS FORWARD PACKAGE

The Fitness Forward package is our first step in getting you started on your health and fitness journey. It includes 3 sessions. The first session is a functional movement screening and goal setting session. The following 2 sessions are one on one strength and conditioning workouts. Sign up today to get started on your fitness forward life!

Next Step

After you have completed the Fitness Forward Package, sign up for regular weekly training sessions. I offer several options for both in-person and online training in easy to afford 4 week subscription packages. Remember consistency is key!

IN-PERSON TRAINING

My once per week In-Person Training package is a great economical option for those on a budget. You get 1 one-on-one session a week in-person with me in my studio. Billed every 4 weeks.

The twice per week In-Person Training package is a great for stepping up your workouts and really targeting your goals. You get 2 one-on-one sessions a week in-person with me in my studio. Billed every 4 weeks.

The 3 times per week In-Person Training package is a great way to make sure you reach your fitness goals and live your healthiest fitness forward life. You get 3 one-on-one sessions every week in-person with me in my studio. Billed every 4 weeks.

REMOTE TRAINING

(2 sessions per week)

The 2 sessions a week Remote Training package is a great option for people who don’t live in the Kalispell/Whitefish area or for those months when you are snowed in. With 2 sessions a week over a computer or smart phone, we will work together remotely to help you meet your fitness goals. Billed every 4 weeks.

The 3 sessions a week Remote Training package is a great option for people who are serious about meeting their fitness goals but who don’t live in the Kalispell/Whitefish area or for those months where you are snowed in. Billed every 4 weeks. (Must have a stable internet connection or phone signal.)
